TextStart is a new and innovative way for businesses to keep in touch with their loyal customers and attract new ones too. With TextStart, we give you the tools to build a database of loyal customers and interested prospects absolutely free.

Once you've started building your list you can then send short text messages (SMS) direct to your private list - promotions, unadvertised sales, competitions, news, member offers - it's completely up to you.

Best part: it costs nothing to start building your private list, you only ever pay for the messages you send.

why?

Simply put, we didn't think that most advertising and marketing worked very well.

• it's hard to track
• it depends on people reading the right paper, listening to the right radio station or visiting the right websites

• it didn't really give the customer anything they wanted

We did think though that word-of-mouth made the best places stand-out, not for their budgets but for what they were - good businesses.
